Events
The Rivershack Tavern is THE music venue outside of New Orleans for live, local music. It’s not that far outside either – we’re right on River Road in Old Jefferson. We’re fifteen minutes from downtown New Orleans and only five minutes from uptown.
Here you can find a mixture of rock, blues, funk, and jazz music Fridays & Saturdays. The greatest news is that there is usually never a cover. Drive over or take a cab and come check out our venue for some live, local music. Remember, The Rivershack Tavern is THE spot to be for New Orleans live music! For all the locals looking for NOLA music and NOLA live music, come on by and come by often.
